The maker
For more than thirty years Unison Research pieces have left Italy as handmade singles — Giovanni Maria Saccetti, Giovanni Nasta, a small team of wood technicians and engineers. Many of the essential parts come from the house; nothing leaves the workshop without a hard inspection.
The tube line runs from Simply Italy to the Absolute 845, which stood with us at High End. Where a triode cannot supply the current, the Unico series offers hybrids of tube preamp and transistor output. We match Unison to loudspeakers that bring sensitivity — and to ears that put naturalness before theatre.
